Eligibility: Services offered to children
(six weeks to kindergarten) of soldiers and retirees, and of DoD employees, and
Army civilian employees.
Requirements: To register for child care, all
children must have up-to-date immunizations, a health examination, completed
health and registration cards, and completed Purified Protein Derivative
(PPD). You will also need proof of income (military LES and/or spouse
s pay stub). This will be required at the time of registration.
Registrstion Fees are as follows for Child Development Services Programs: One
Child: $15.00 Two Children: $30.00 Three or More Children: $35.00. Fees for
Youth Services Programs vary.
