The Family Advocacy Program works to prevent spouse and child
abuse, protects victims of abuse, and treat the family. The program
divides the responsibilities between two agencies, with the medical treatment
facility having responsibility for all counseling and treatment and Army
Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program having the responsibility for
