The Child and Youth Services offers a developmental program for
children between six weeks and five years of age. To register call
(210) 221-4871 or DSN 471-4871, the sponsor must present her/his ID card, the
child's current immunization record to include the
following:
VZV= one dose at 12-18 mos;
DTP= one dose at
2,4,6,12-18 mos and 40 years;
HepA= one dose at 2-2.5 yrs;
HepB= one dose
at 2,4 and 12-18 mos;
Hib= one dose at 2,4 and 12-18 mos;
IPV= one dose at
2,4,6mos and 4-6 yrs;
MMR= one dose at 12-18 mos and 4-6 yrs;
PPD= one
dose at 4-6 yrs;
Prevnar= one dose at 2,4,6 and 12 mos.
$18 Annual
Registration Fee per child, maximum $40 per Family of three. For additional

snacks.
Reserve Hourly Care patrons may make reservations up to 30 days
in advance. All children using the School-Age Services Program must
be registered with Child and Youth Services Central Registration at (210)
221-4871.
The School Age Services Program is located in Building 1705 off
Winans Road. The School-Age Services Program offers a Before and
After School Program, Open Recreation Program, Reserve Hourly Care, Seasonal
Camps (Spring, Fall, Winter, and Summer), and Teacher In-Service Camps for
children in first through sixth grades.
The Before School Program
operates Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. until school begins on Fort Sam
Houston Elementary School regular school days. The After School
Program begins at the release from school and until 6 p.m. daily.
