Homefinding Relocation and Referral Service(CHRRS), prior to making any housing
selection in the off-post community or prior to entering into any
lease. The CHRRS is the soldier's guide to off-post
housing. Individual counseling and personal attention to specific
housing needs, promotes a wise decision regarding housing
choices.
Generally, monthly rental prices range from $285 for a
one-bedroom unfurnished unit and $300-450 for a two bedroom unfurnished
unit. Some rental prperties have three and four bedrooms
and prices may be as high as $600-800 a month. Pet deposits are
required for most units in the area. Fees range from approximately
$100-200.
