The Family Advocacy Program provides educational services on
parenting and new parent programs for families. The Baby Bundle/Home
Visitation Program welcomes newborn military family members into the
community with a starter kit for infants and items for siblings and
parents. The Parents as Teachers (PAT)/ Home Visitation Program
provides in-home individualized training for parents of children 0-36
months. Parents are provided developmental information and ideas to
enrich their child's learning through play and work in the home. For
