Soldiers can receive an appointment by reporting to their assigned clinic.  Exams are seen as walk-in throughout the duty day until 3:30pm.  The dental care available to soldiers includes:  Endodontics (root canal), General Dentistry, Periodontics (gums), Prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, partial dentures, complete dentures) and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.  ORTHODONTIC CARE IS NOT AVAILABLE.

EMERGENCY SERVICES active duty sick call begins at the start of the duty day.  During normal duty day's soldiers should report to their assigned dental clinic for emergency care.  After duty hours and non-duty day's like weekends and holidays, soldiers should report to the Irwin Army Community Hospital Emergency Room.  Active duty family members must contact their Family Member Dental Program dentist.  If the dentist is unavailable then you need to report to Fort Riley's Irwin Army Community Hospital emergency room.  Retirees and their family members should seek emergency care from their family civilian dentist first.  If the dentist is unavailable you should report to the Irwin Army Community Hospital emergency room.
