The Anchorage Visitor's Guide contains a monthly calendar of

600 Room A139.Seward Resort is located 125 Miles South of Anchorage with 56
motel rooms, 12 townhouses, and a log cabin. Campsites and cabins are
also available. Camping and fishing are a priority for many Alaskans
during the summer months. Make reservations well in advance as this
is an extremely popular vacation spot.
Seward Recreation center has
halibut fishing trips, and glacier/sealife tours for a fraction of what it would
cost for you to do these commercially.
If you would rather spend
Christmas in the woods, conversing with nature, Outdoor Recreation Services has
cabins in the woods that you have to hike, snowmachine, ski, or dogsled to get
to. There is no indoor plumbing, electricity or running water. These
cabins are outside the main post gate.There are many events and fun things to do
on Fort Richardson supported by MWR.Youth Enrichment Program is offered along
with Teen Council, Teen Support Group and, Smooth Move for
