$550-$950. Some will ask that you pay at least the first months rent
and a deposit on utilities.
A 4-5 bedroom rents for a premium estimate price,
$1200-$1400, and these are not commonly found or readily
available. Usually you will be asked to pay the first and part of the
last months rent plus deposits on utilities. Some will make
arrangements to have the electric bills sent directly to you at the rental
address.
If you rent away from the post, the cost will usually go down
$200-$400. Some will rent based on income. You will want
to have to have everything in writing before signing on the dotted
line.
Mobile Homes within the city limits: $350-$650 according to
size. If outside the city limits the prices are more
reasonable.
Town Houses range between $500-$900 according to
size. Studio apartments start at $375 and go up, according to the
ammenities included.
There are no Waiver Deposit Programs for Utilities
in the surrounding communities.
