Fort Monmouth Army Community Service has a well established
Employment Readiness Program. Services provided
include:
WORKSHOPS
Periodically, seminars and workshops are provided
to assist the eligible clients in obtaining employment.
These include,
but are not limited to: Identifying Skills and Setting Goals, Making
Yourself Look Good on Paper, Job Search Strategies, Completing the SF 171 or 612
for Federal Employment, Merchandising Your Volunteer Experience for Job Credit,
and Portfolio Preparation.
Information regarding the workshops or
activities offered by ACS ERP are publicized in the Monmouth Message, Fort
Monmouth Bulletin, ACS Family Bulletin, and on the local cable
channel.
JOB FAIRS
ACS ERP sponsors two Job Fairs each
year. These job fairs attract approximately 70
employers. Prior to each Job Fair, workshops are offered to assist in
getting the most out of a job fair. Call 732-532-2077 for Job Fairs
