Army Emergency Relief (AER) can provide financial
assistance to meet unforeseen required travel and related maintenance expenses
such as transportation, lodging or food, when applicable, due to extraordinary
costs involved with a permanent change of station. Provides interest free loans
during times of emergency to Soldiers, retirees, and their families. Educational
