With mobilizations, there is a dental clinic on Fort McCoy that
may be utilized by Active Duty assigned to Fort McCoy on a very limited
basis. Those assigned to Fort McCoy should contact the Dental Clinic
for a Civilian Referral Form (DD2161) to see a local civilian
