There are limited rentals in the Fort Leonard Wood area due to
the continued growth of the installation. Check with the Housing
Office to inquire about current availability.
Military personnel are
required to process through the Community Housing Relocation and Referral
Services (CHRRS) before entering into any sales or rental agreement for off post
housing. Failure to in process CHRRS may result in loss of basic
allowance for housing.
Permissive TDY personnel must sign in to the CHRRS
office. DA 31 must be signed for authorization of permissive TDY.
