FAMILY ADVOCACY PROGRAM (FAP):
Provides prevention,
intervention and direct services related to spouse and child abuse/neglect
through education and support programs designed to strengthen military families
and enhance coping skills. Community education increases awareness of
FAP services and resources to include identifying and reporting child and/or
spouse abuse. Classes on coping and interpersonal skills such as
stress management, anger control and family violence prevention are designed to
meet military training requirements as well as community needs.
VICTIM
ADVOCATE PROGRAM (VAP):
Ensures that victims of domestic violence receive
support and assistance. Victim Advocate volunteer opportunities are
available.
Family Violence Response Line: Staffed 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, for reporting spouse and child abuse

Transitional Compensation Program (TC):
Contact the Victim/Witness Coordinator, Office of the Staff Judge
Advocate.
PARENTING PROGRAM:
The Parenting Program promotes the
physical, mental, social and emotional well being of
families. Services include individual and group parenting classes,
Parenting from the Heart touches on coping with stress, problem solving, and
improving parenting techniques. Baby Bundles of Joy prepares
expectant parents for changes that occur with pregnancy and infancy.
NEW
PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM PLUS (NPSP+):
Provides an intensive home visiting
service to eligible families with prenatal to three years old that have been
identified as at risk for family violence.
EXCEPTIONAL FAMILY
MEMBER PROGRAM (EFMP)
Per DA and DoD mandates, EFMP identifies medical and
educational needs of the service member's family and ensures that required
services are available. Mandatory enrollment and updates, coordinated
through appropriate military and civilian resources, ensure services at current
