The Barstow Unified School District serves students living in
Barstow, Hinkley, and Lenwood. In addition to the standard
educational programs, Barstow also has an independent study program, adult
evening school, and a teen mother program. The district consists of
eight elementary schools, two middle schools, and two high
schools. Total enrollment is approximately 6800 students.
