Mitchell Complex is located in Garden City Long Island.  Take the Belt Parkway to the Cross Island Parkway, to the Grand Central Parkway toward Eastern Long Island.  This becomes the Northern State Parkway.  Take this towards Jones Beach and exit at Steward Avenue.  Turn right at the light and you will see the complex.
