Students living off the installation attend schools in several local school districts. Most will attend schools in either Richmond County or Columbia County, some will attend schools in Aiken County, South Carolina.
Georgia law requires that all students entering ninth grade must take four years of math, three years of science, three years of social studies, and one year of health and physical education. Graduation requirements vary according to the course of study and the year that the child entered ninth grade.
All students seeking a diploma from a Georgia High School must also pass the Georgia High School Graduation Tests.
