Fort Meade is located within Anne Arundel County but borders both
Howard and Prince George's counties. There are Departments of Social
Services within each county in which you may choose to
reside.
In general, social service agencies provide
information, family, elderly, financial, medical, child and emergency assistance
to income eligible recipients. Services include support groups, food
stamps, child care assistance, respite and family wellness programs. For
