ARMY VOLUNTEER CORPS COORDINATOR (AVCC):
Volunteering is
a great way for newcomer's to acclimate to the local community and provides
networking opportunities as a means to seek gainful
employment. Select your area of interest and check out the available
opportunities.
There are many varied positions to enhance your work
skills while you volunteer and help your community. Volunteering
provides recognition awards to include on your resume. Many a time, volunteers
have transitioned to paid position.
Childcare (currently 12 hours per
week)is provided for stay at home parents who would like to lend their services
through volunteering.
