Building 2417 McGuire Blvd, in McGuire AFB.
Family members and retirees
are seen for emergency treatment only for relief/bleeding. Any
beneficiary with a dental emergency during non-duty hours, should call (609)
562-9258.
Participation in United Concordia Active Duty Family Members
Dental Plan is voluntary through this company. For Family Member
enrollment please contact United Concordia at
1-888-622-2256. Enrollment/change cannot be processed without
Sponsor's signature.
