Kindergarten Program
A kindergarten program is available
in the Annex and includes before and after school daycare
service. This program is located in Building
6267. Transportation is provided to and from school to the childcare

Before and After
School Care Grades 1 thru 4
Bldg. 5510 offers Before and After School
care for youth in grades 1-4. Transportation is provided to and from
on post schools. Full day care is available for school out days.
Winter Camp, Spring Camp and Summer Camp are run according to the District 8
school calendar. Several clubs are run during regular programming,
including District 8 teachers in homework and computer lab, photography, 4-H and
Junior Achievement.
Youth Center Grades 5 thru 12
The Fort
Carson Youth Center, Bldg 5950 on Ware Street, offers a wide variety of
activities for youth grades 5 through 12. This state of the art facility
includes a full size gymnasium, game room, computer lab and snack bar among
other attributes. Youth may participate in clubs such as Photography,
Lifeskills, Art, Computer and Youth Sponsorship. Intramural sports as
well as Weight Training and Aerobics are also offered.
