The goal of Employment Readiness Program (ERP) is to assist
families with the challenges with relocation within the military. The program
helps minimize the impact by providing helpful information in relation to the
job search process including resume development, employment opportunities,
education, volunteer resources and support services. Classes, workshops and
individual assistance are provided. The ERP is located in Bldg 1-3671, Wing B,

The Fort Bragg ERP has partnered with Cumberland
County Workforce Development to assist in the identification of military spouses
that leave their jobs to relocate to Fort Bragg. The Workforce Development
Program offers free education benefits to those spouses in this category. For
