Special Education Services on Fort Bragg comply with Federal and
State laws. There is no charge for public educational services.
Services include consultation, assessment and coordination of
services.
Families who reside on Fort Bragg or Pope AFB; your children
will be attend the Fort Bragg School System through ninth grade. There is no
high school on Fort Bragg; children are bussed to school in Cumberland County.

Special Education programs include all medically related
services, (i.e. physical, occupational and speech therapies). The frequency and
length of these services within the school setting will vary. Transportation is
provided. Each service is determined on an individual basis as outlined in your
child's IEP, or educational goals.
Assessment/Evaluation services are
available on a sliding scale basis for children 0-8 years old with known or
suspected developmental delays.
