At The El Paso International Airport there is a military liaison
from 0830 - 2400. Contact the liaison for assistance at (915)

Once on post, follow the signs to the Welcome
Center/Personnel Processing Center for inprocessing. Inprocessing is
conducted at the centralized Personnel Processing Center in Bldg 505 on Pershing
Road. The building is open until 2400.In-processing begins at 0730
the next business day at the Welcome Center, Bldg 505, on Pershing
Road.
THE INPROCESSING UNIFORM IS BDUs.
You will
need the following documents: 201 file, Health and Dental Records,
Leave Form, and 10 copies of PCS orders and amendments. Soldiers are
advised to eat prior to inprocessing at the Welcome Center in Bldg
505.

report to the Ft. Bliss Inn, Bldg 1744, on Victory Avenue, the central check-in
and check-out point for all Fort Bliss Lodging is located in Bldg 1744 on
Victory Rd, just a block away from the PX and Commissary areas. For
