The goal of the Spouse Employment Assistance Program on the
installation is to provide spouses with accurate information and career
development before they move, as well as upon arrival. Information addressed in
this topic includes: job search strategies, resume writing; federal employment;
self-employment; interviewing skills, and career exploration
information.

6. Assistance in locating employment on the installation and in the
surrounding communities can be obtained by contacting the Army Community Service
Employment Readiness Program.
Additional services provided by ERP

training and personal development workshops: career counseling; teen employment
program and a comprehensive employment resource library with videos and books
available for checkout.
Service members separating or retiring from the
military and their family members can receive job search assistance from the
Army Career and Alumni Program (ACAP) The Employment Readiness Program also
provides assistance for service members, National Guard and Reserve, with or
without dependents
