Branch Dental Clinic (BDC) Everett is a tenant command of Naval
Station Everett co-located in the David R. Ray Health Center with the Branch
Medical Clinic, building 2010. The BDC is a very modern facility
dedicated in 2002 with nine fully equipped dental operatories, two dental
hygiene rooms, and a limited service prosthetic laboratory.
Current
staffing authorizations include four dental officers, 10 enlisted dental
technicians, one contract dental hygienist, and five contract dental
assistants. Comprehensive and general dentistry services, as well as,
prophylactic hygiene cleanings are provided to 2,400 active duty personnel from
25 shore commands within the catchment area. Visiting consultants
from BDC Whidbey Island also provide specialized services for oral surgery and
periodontics. The staff also utilizes a Mobile Dental Unit to provide
pier side examinations and treatment for the crew of two destroyers and two
frigates.

Family members should be enrolled in the TRICARE Active Duty
Family Member Dental Plan(TFMDP). Enrollment information can be obtained by
contacting the military member's PSD.
NOTE: Check your family's TFMDP
enrollment status through the DEERS database at least 2 months prior to
returning from OUTCONUS (if family members are to be enrolled, it can take 2
months for enrollment and alottment to begin before they are eligible for care
under TFMDP). Family members are INELIGIBLE for normal treatment services at the
Branch Dental Clinic.
EMERGENCY SERVICES are available 24 hours a day.
After hour emergency care can be obtained by contacting the Duty Dental Officer

emergency services from their TFMDP participating dentist.
