Youth Center
Kids will be kids, and the Youth Center seeks to
make the experience as fun and rewarding as it can possibly be. Our trained
staff has designed programming with your child in mind to give them a safe and
positive outlet for their free time. The center features a gym, game room,
sports program, snack bar, coordinated activities, regular field trips, annual
events, and a wide variety of clubs for school age children to
enjoy.
Young Adult Center
As teens are becoming more
independent, it is important for them to have a place they can call their own.
The Elmendorf Young Adult Center is just the place for them to get together with
their peers to participate in positive programming based around their creativity
and aspirations. Located in the Community Center, the Young Adult Center is
filled with opportunities for teens to participate in activities, clubs, or just
plain chill with their friends.
Elmendorf AFB Youth Sports provides
recreational
leagues for children ages 5-18. We stress safety,
fun, building of basic skills, and sportsmanship of each participant. All
volunteer coaches receive a national certification through the National Youth
Sports Coaches Association.
