If you are planning to start a new family or expand the one you
already have, plan to attend "Great Expectations". Great Expectations
is for parents-to-be and is open to all Air Force families during their second
trimester of pregnancy, regardless of number of children or
rank. Classes are broken into two sessions and are held every month
with both day and evening classes scheduled. Topics covered include: what to
expect when you are expecting, breastfeeding, baby's cost bundles, parenting
issues, couples issues and of course a question and answer period from the OB
floor nurses. All participants receive a free bundle full of baby necessities
purchased by the Air Force Aid Society. If you are expecting, this class is a

There are also a variety of classes to attend once your bundle
of joy arrives. The Family Support Center offers, Boys Town Parenting, Home
Alone Safety, Parenting at a distance, Balancing work and Family and several
