The goal of the Family Advocacy Program is to: promote family
health, welfare and morale and provide victims assistance, strengthen families,
and keep valuable servicemembers in the Air Force. This is an Air
Force program which consists of three components; special Needs identification
coordination, family maltreatment and family advocacy outreach
program.
Family Advocacy is a Department of Defense program for the
prevention, education, intervention and treatment of child physical, emotional
and sexual abuse, child neglect, spouse physical, emotional and sexual
abuse.
