Dobbins ARB is a closed base requiring identification to
enter. You will be required to obtain decals. You will
need your vehicle registration, proof of valid insurance, military/DOD civilian
ID, and state drivers license. Please ensure that you bring these
items while traveling.
Most of the Metro Atlanta counties also call for
an annual inspection of the emission systems of vehicles.
Seat belts,
child car seats, and child restraints are mandatory in the State of Georgia and
are enforced on base at all times for all
passengers.
Security Forces reserves the right to conduct
periodic and random inspections of any vehicles on base.
We
have a very low accident rate on base. However, it is higher off the base in the
Metro Atlanta area.
