The Samaritan House is a shelter for homeless families, battered
women, and children. They offer ten scattered sites throughout
Virginia Beach. They empower families to become self sufficient
through the many programs that they offer. They also offer an
outreach center providing free legal services, crisis intervention, and support
groups for all victims of domestic violence, whether or not they require
