Information for Special Needs/EFM can be acquired through the Information and Referral Program or the EFMP Coordinator at the Fleet and Family Support Center, the Naval Medical Clinic, Social Services, county school systems and the Health Departments.  See Health & Wellness/Community/Social Services and Elder Care and Education/Community/Special Education for more contacts.
