The Naval Hospital here in San Diego is one of 2 Regional EFM
Central Screening Committees. Enrollment applications for all Continental US
(CONUS) locations west of the Mississippi River, including Hawaii and Alaska,
are forwarded to this office.
Fleet and Family Support Center will
provide enrollment forms, information & referral assistance, and general
information on the Navy's EFM Program.
