The area has apartments, mobile homes, houses and duplexes for
rent, sale or lease. The costs are quite reasonable, but housing is
limited. Small apartments rent from $300 to $400 a
month. Bigger and two-bedroom apartments are $400 to
$500. Houses rent from $425 to $600 a month depending on the
size. Most rentals are furnished, some modestly and others very
well. A few are unfurnished. Most include heat (oil), but
not electricity or telephone with the rent.
