The Fleet and Family Support Center's (FFSC) Family Advocacy
Program is a Department of Defense initiative for the prevention, education,
intervention and treatment of child physical abuse, child neglect, child sexual
abuse, spouse abuse and sexual assault. There are on going support
groups and classes covering topics such as couples communications, anger and
stress management. The Family Advocacy Representative (FAR) is
responsible for the investigation of suspected problems and its
intervention. If you suspect any type of abuse is happening, you may
report it to the FAR at the FFSC for investigation.
