REPORTING PERSONNEL INSTRUCTIONS
If you get married before
you PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly as
given. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your
spouse if you do not follow proper procedures.

Non-availability
of Government quarters endorsement to orders MUST be made at the TEQ/TOQ prior
to using off-base lodging facilities in order to receive temporary lodging
allowance.
