ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN Procedures
Military personnel
assigned, attached, or on temporary duty to the U.S. Army Garrison should report
for inprocessing to the Human Resource Division, Blding 315 Lovell Avenue,
during normal duty hours. All others arriving after duty hours will
report to the Military Police Desk in Blackwood Hall, 400 Forbes
Avenue.
Officers and civilian personnel assigned as students
to the U.S. Army War College should report for inprocessing to the College's
Student Operation Branch, Room B-21, in Root Hall, 122 Forbes Avenue, during
normal duty hours. All U.S. students must have the following
documents for initial inprocessing: DA Form 705, DA Form 31, and copy
of orders. You must have DA Form 31, PCS Orders Travel Orders,
Payroll Suspense File, and any advances or travel tickets).
Driver's
license, state registration and valid state inspection, proof of insurance, and,
if military, a valid ID card. Members of the following services
should call their Senior Service Representative's Office at 717 245-4200, or
report to Room C332, Root Hall, 122 Forbes Avenue upon arrival: US
Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, and US Coast
Guard.
Military personnel assigned, attached, or
on temporary duty to Dunham U.S. Army Health Clinic should report for
inprocessing to the Medical Detachment orderly room located in the Health
Clinic, 450 Gibner Road, during normal duty hours.
Civilian
personnel assigned to organizations on Carlisle Barracks should report for
inprocessing to the Directorate of Civilian Personnel in Anne Ely Hall, 46
Ashburn Drive, during normal duty hours.
Enlisted military personnel
assigned, attached or on temporary duty to the Staff and Faculty of the U.S.
Army War College, should report for inprocessing to the College's Personnel
Branch, Room B-10, in Root Hall, 122 Forbes Ave., during normal duty
hours.
Military personnel assigned, attached, or on temporary duty to
Dunham U.S. Army Health Clinic should report for inprocessing to the Medical
Detachment orderly room located in the Health Clinic, 450 Gibner
Road.
ATTENTION NEWCOMERS: The Newcomers Orientation is
"Mandatory" for all permanent party inprocessing Soldiers LTC and below to
attend Newcomers Orientation with 60 days of their arrival.
