To help pay the costs of off-base housing, authorized members can
receive a Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH). How much money a service member
receives depends on the member's rank. When applicable and with
authorization Single Service Members may be eligible for BAH. When
checking in at the Reception Center be sure to ask your Command's Administrative
Clerk if you qualify for BAH.
