Deployment is a way of life here at Camp
Lejeune. Marine Corps Family Team Building provides the military
community with Deployment Support Programs to assist service members and their
families during this very difficult time.
Pre-Deployment briefs assist
service members and their families in preparing for and coping with the changes
and difficulties of deployment. "In the Midst" series provides stress
relief tips as well as enhancement tools that will enable spouses to feel
empowered during deployment and separation.
Reunion Briefs explain what
can be expected with homecoming and provide tips that will help families get
their relationships back to normal as quickly as possible.
Kids &
Deployment Briefs assists parents and primary caregivers with a better
understanding of the emotional impact of deployments on children and offers
creative ways to keep the connection between the children and the deployed
parent. Includes a myriad of creative and interactive activities in a
relaxed and fun atmosphere.
