The Denver Metro area provides a variety of college and
university opportunities as well as other post secondary
institutions. Colorado residents receive tuition reductions at
state-supported schools. Residency requirements are met by living in
the state, paying state income tax and having a Colorado driver's license for at
least twelve months. Military members and dependents are allowed to pay in-state
tuition at state schools while assigned in Colorado.

Buckley AFB at 303-677-6675. Information regarding financial aid,
various commissioning programs, professional military education, the Community
College of the Air Force (CCAF), Operation Bootstrap, and VA Benefits are
available. The Education Center also offers a wide variety of tests
including the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), College Level Examination Program
(CLEP) and Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES)
exams.
