If a youth would like a sponsor, first check with your sponsor to
see if he/she knows of a possible sponsor. Otherwise, the FFSC and the MWR Teen
Coordinator will coordinate a youth to sponsor the individual.There is no
specific youth employment program on the base. There are some summer youth hire
programs conducted by several counties in Maine. If there is an
interest, contact the counties surrounding the base.This is no Youth Center on
the base at this time.The NASB is relatively small and the teens have enjoyed
activities at the local schools where they are enrolled. MWR has a
youth coordinator to host various activities throughout the year.
