Active duty families that have qualified
to use the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) services will find out about
all the resources for their special needs child through their EFM
co-ordinator. The EFMP program is located in the Naval
Hospital.
The public schools in Kitsap
County have well developed state and government mandated special needs programs
for all ages of students. Familes that work with their special needs
students and with their educators will find that their student will grow and
develop well with their help.
