Bremerton, CAPS is the centralized program for this Naval Base.

absorbed the Family Advocacy
department as part of its coverage as a
Department of Defense program to help families who are experiencing child abuse,
child sexual abuse, sexual assault, spouse abuse, and child
neglect.
