An emergency shelter for victims
of domestic violence and their children. Accepts both single women and women
with children (boys up to age 13). Provides individual and group advocacy,
developing "Safety Plans", resource and referrals and medical assistance,
parenting and children programs. YWCA ALIVE Legal Advocates also available for
restraining orders and other legal orders of protection. The shelter location is
confidential. Collect calls are accepted.
