For in-processing to the Bremerton complex shore commands, contact the Personnel Support Detachment. For afloat commands inport, report directly to the command a assigned pier. If the command is in the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) for maintenance upkeep or overhaul, contact the command for an escort and temporary security access badge. After hours, check in at Building 443 (Naval Base Kitsap -  Bremerton Quarterdeck). If the afloat command is underway/out of the immediate homeport area, check in at PerSuppDet during normal working hours or at the Naval Base Kitsap -  Bremerton Quarterdeck (Building 443) for endorsement after hours.  Like any other command in the Navy, you have the responsibility to let your command know that you are here.  If your ship is out of homeport when you arrive, during normal working hours check-in at the Personnel Support Activity Detachment (PSD)(Building 1013 Second Deck), just inside of the Naval Avenue Gate on the right, or to the Military Services Office, Building 443 across the street.  After normal working hours, on weekends/holidays, report to the Naval Base Kitsap -  Bremerton Quarterdeck, Building 443 for orders endorsement and then down to Bldg. 864, Fleet & Family Information Center for temporary billeting assignment (if needed).
