One of the first places you should consider visiting when exploring employment opportunities is the Bolling Family Support Center. They have a wide range of employment-related resources on hand and provide expert assistance in such areas as: helping you to focus on which career may best suite your interests, resume writing, job search, interviewing techniques, salary negotiation, etc.
The Center's resource room is well stocked with an array of career-related reading material, journal publications and employment listings, along with a variety of books that list associations, recruiters, national and regional directories, the occupational outlook for various career areas, etc.
Computers that contain programs such as Microsoft Office, Salary and Relocation Assessor, Winway Resume, federal job applications, etc., are available for your use as you search for employment. There is also a copier and facsimile machine available to you.
Employment opportunities do exist on base, whether it is with the Services Division, Base Exchange (AAFES), Commissary (DeCA), or perhaps even a contracted service.
