Numerous services are available on Bolling AFB to assist parents in obtaining the knowledge, skills and ability to cope with the challenges of parenthood.

The Family Support Center offers a number of educational family and self-enrichment courses, and provides direction and assistance in personal family life issues, such as anger and stress management, parenting, communication skills, and a single parents' support group. State and community agencies and private organizations are utilized as additional resources to our service community.

Family Advocacy provides primary and secondary prevention services to individuals, commanders, squadrons and other on-base and off-base community organizations through the Family Advocacy Outreach Manager (FAOM).

There is a Family Advocacy Nurse (FAN) who also provides preventive services to families.  These include home visits, education, referrals and consultations.

For Family Advocacy issue emergencies after duty hours, contact the 89th Medical Group, Malcolm Grow Medical Center (MGMC) Family Advocacy Officer at Andrews AFB.

The Base Chapel provides programs to assist couples to analyze their relationship in areas of communication, conflict resolution, parenting, finances, expectations, spiritual foundations and personality issues.
