·        Recommend customers be at their respective stops approx 10 minutes early and wait until 15 minutes after the scheduled stop time before calling Vehicle Dispatch. The 11 LRS/Vehicle Management Flight makes every effort to ensure we arrive and depart at all stops on schedule, however due to the volume of traffic in the DC Area, this is sometimes difficult.

The DOD Bus is not to be used as a way for customers to go back and forth to their appointed duty section. If you are using the DOD Bus to go to work, you may be in violation of Title 31, US Code, Para 1344 and applicable DOD and AF Instructions.
