Persons already assigned to Beale AFB with an Exceptional Family
Member should contact the EFMP office at 530-634-3423. This program
is designed to ensure that family members with special educational, medical, or
physical needs are given the best possible opportunity to obtain care and
services at the duty station of the military member.
Active duty
personnel with PCS orders for Beale AFB should contact their current medical
facility and schedule an appointment with their EFMP
