The Family Advocacy Program provides support and assistance to
parents to include home visits from a trained nurse for new parents. Special
programs for new fathers and intervention programs are
available.
Additionally, the Family Support Center has teamed up with
Family Advocacy to offer a class for expecting parents titled "Bundles for
Babies". The class helps parents prepare emotionally and financially for their
new arrival. Please call the Family Support Center to register for the next
bundles for babies class. The number is 634-2863.
Further,
Family Support Center staff are trained and will soon offer classes in the "7
Habits of Highly Effective Military Families."
