Those entitled to receive Basic Allowance for Housing will be
given the current rate according to their rank and whether or not they are
supporting dependents. Currently, as of January 2005, an E-5 at
Barksdale with dependents would receive $817 per month, while the equivalent
without dependents would receive $652 per month. Rates change
